Located in Casas Riegner, La Oficina del Doctor is a conceptual and physical space entirely dedicated to books. Catalogues, artist books, special editions such as lithographs or posters and artworks inspired in books, hold a special place in this new space. We might exhibit an artist project soon to become a book, recreate through publications an exhibition taking place elsewhere, or we might organize lectures or book launches; our passion for publications is the guiding principle that determines the structure and essence of each project. La Oficina del Doctor is also our new imprint, publishing a range of publications produced over the past seven years. Highly aware of the importance of books as tools for the diffusion of knowledge and for bringing the greater public closer to art, we are pleased to present this space which hopes to contribute to the activities and objectives promoted by Casas Riegner over the years.
